Each site has plenty of room for slide-outs and tow vehicles. Those who stay longer will enjoy the spotless bathrooms with tiled showers and private dressing areas, the air-conditioned laundry room, free high-speed wireless internet access (WiFi), our playground and all the other amenities.
On-site recreational activities for the entire family include a playground with slides, climbers, swings, and a rock-climbing wall for the kids and a splash pad water feature with water jets. Our recreation room features a TV, pinball, and video games.
Our park is close to Fruita and its amazing mountain bike trails and Downtown Grand Junction with its quaint charm and Victorian-style buildings, beautifully decorated shop windows, and unique restaurants. Local attractions include Colorado River State Park, Canyon View Park, Grand Mesa, and the Colorado National Monument. Local eateries include Cafe Sol, Dream Cafe, Enzo’s Pizzeria, Rockslide Brewery, and more. The Mesa Mall is less than three miles away for your shopping pleasure.

Our RV Park offers extra wide-pull through sites with 30/50 amp service, tent sites and secure RV/boat storage. Propane is available 7 days a week. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, Cable TV on selected sites, spotless bathrooms, and air-conditioned laundry facilities. If in need of supplies, our on-site convenience store is stocked with snacks, RV supplies, and a wide selection of drinks. We also feature gift items such as postcards and T-shirts.
